Billing & Subscription FAQ

QuantalCount billing has two parts, and they work independently:

• A monthly subscription (Starter, Business, or Enterprise) that keeps your data alive and unlocks features.
• Job licenses — bought in advance, one per counting job. A license is used when you mark a job Ready.

Both are bought through our website's checkout and managed in the console under Settings → Billing.
