Getting Started
QuantalCount helps your team count stock with phones or scanners, and compares the results against your book inventory. This guide takes you from sign-up to a finished counting job.
Before you start
- An email address you can check for a verification code
- Your product list (CSV, XLSX, or fixed-width TXT) — usually an export from your ERP
- A stock-on-hand file for the store you're going to count
- At least one person with the mobile app to do the scanning

Who does what

One person can hold more than one role — being both Admin and Supervisor is common in small teams.
