Role Manuals
QuantalCount splits the work across three roles. One person can hold several at once.
- Organization Admin — runs the setup: members, stores, product list, import templates, billing. Creates jobs and marks them Ready.
- Supervisor — runs the count: uploads the stock file, invites scanners, starts, monitors, and finishes jobs.
- Scanner — scans items in the mobile app.
Who can do what

* In the mobile app, admins get the same abilities as supervisors.
