Records & drafts
The Records tab shows everything you've counted. A badge on the tab icon shows how many records are waiting or failed.
The four filters
- All — everything
- Pending — drafts on this phone that haven't uploaded yet
- Blocked — the server refused them (for example the job moved to Closing)
- Review — the server flagged them for review (like unknown products)
The list refreshes itself every 30 seconds, or pull down to refresh. Offline, it falls back to the last synced copy and says so.
What you can change
- Editable: quantity and remark — for local drafts and uploaded records alike (edits to uploaded records keep a history).
- Not editable: the scanned code and the product. Scanned the wrong thing? Delete the record and scan again.
- Deletable: swipe to delete. Local drafts just disappear; uploaded records need a connection and keep a deletion history.
Uploads
Uploading is automatic. There's an Upload now button if you're impatient, and a retry button when something failed. Uploads go in batches grouped by job.
Drafts stay on your phone until they're accepted — even across app restarts. Closing the app doesn't lose anything.
Blocked records
- Job closing or completed — drafts stay on the device; if the supervisor reopens the job they can be sent.
- Write window expired (72 hours after activation) — these can never be uploaded. The Records page says so clearly.
- Subscription problem — everything waits on the device and sends automatically once access is restored.
Nothing is silently deleted. If it's on the Blocked tab, it's still on your phone.
Browsing the product catalog
The Products page (in the drawer) lets you search the offline catalog:
- Code mode — barcode/SKU/external ID prefix match. Instant.
- Name mode — text contained in the product name. Slower on big catalogs.
Prefer code mode when you can; name search reads the whole catalog.
